Alberto Smeke is co-founder and Managing Partner of CSC Real Estate, where he oversees investment management, portfolio strategy, and asset optimization. His leadership ensures that CSC’s investments generate superior risk-adjusted returns, aligning with institutional investors’ objectives and ESG mandates.With a deep background in financial modeling, asset repositioning, and capital markets, Alberto has played a key role in structuring and executing high-impact projects, including The Mason in Philadelphia and the Prudential Multifamily Portfolio.

Shlomo Rosenfeld serves as Chief Financial Officer at CSC Real Estate, overseeing financial strategy, reporting, and compliance across the firm’s $4 billion+ portfolio. With extensive experience in institutional finance, fund administration, and risk management, Shlomo ensures that CSC’s financial operations meet the highest fiduciary standards. Before joining CSC, Shlomo held senior finance positions at leading private equity firms and institutional investment groups, managing multi-billion-dollar transactions and optimizing capital structures.

After graduating from Columbia University, Jordan began her career in Berlin, Germany, redeveloping prewar buildings and developing a focus on historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and sustainability.
In 2013, she returned to Seattle to join Martin Selig Real Estate (MSRE), where she served as Executive Vice President and oversaw more than 2 million square feet of development. Her work included leading The Modern, a 36-story multifamily tower delivered from vision to execution; spearheading 400 Westlake, a pioneering net-zero energy and water office building developed in collaboration with the International Living Future Institute; and overseeing the preservation and seven-story expansion of the historic Federal Reserve Building.In 2020, Jordan founded J. Selig Real Estate (JSRE), focused on architecturally driven, sustainability-forward residential development.As of September 2025, Jordan serves as Managing Partner of CSC, a vertically integrated investment and development firm specializing in office-to-residential conversions, adaptive reuse, and mixed-use projects across major U.S. markets. With $4B+ in adaptive-reuse initiatives, CSC executes a disciplined value-creation model designed to minimize basis, front-load liquidity, and deliver strong risk-adjusted returns for institutional and family-office partners. Jordan leads sourcing, structuring, and execution of complex urban transactions and joint ventures.Jordan serves on the board of the Runstad Center for Real Estate at the University of Washington and is a member of the Downtown Seattle Association Policy Committee and NAIOP’s Government Affairs Committee. She is the mother of two and is fluent in German and Swedish.
