In December 2019 we acquired a fully leased three building portfolio in the heart of the Greenpoint neighborhood in Brooklyn. The buildings have a true character of the neighborhood.

We have completed the renovations of all units and upgrading the common areas. These will include a 3,000 square foot rear yard, a gym, co-working space, lounge area and library for its residents.

The final product includes 52 apartments.
